The card - background is patterned paper.  Snowflakes are die cut from gold.  Sentiment is stamped, punched out and popped up.  Add some ribbon and some bling in the center of the snowflakes.

An unexpected free day so I'm going to try and get the Christmas decorations taken down and the winter/snowmen decorations up.
