The card - background panel has a strip of patterned paper down the left side.  There is a small strip of solid card stock tucked behind.  The stems and sentiment piece are die cut.  Sentiment piece is popped up.  

And it's Tuesday!  That means a few chores this morning and then a nice relaxing afternoon with the Needle Keepers!  Yay!
