The card - I embossed a piece of card stock and added it to the front of the card at the bottom.  The frame and the leaf are die cuts.   Add a gold twine bow.  Super easy!

I'm almost finished with my original list of household chores I wanted to accomplish before winter!  Yay!  Working on a couple more today.  Then, if it would just not rain for a while, I could finish up with washing the windows!   Maybe this weekend!  :)
