The card - background and smaller panel are patterned paper.  Added a sentiment and some twine.  Super easy!

Off to a Dr's appointment this morning (just a regular yearly check-up) and then to the auto repair shop to have my brakes checked on the car.  Nothing fun to start my day!  Hopefully I can be  productive when I get home!
