The card - background panel is embossed.  Smaller panel has a die cut border at the top. Leaves are die cut and the top one is popped up.  Add a sentiment, some bling and some ribbon. 

Chores this morning and then some relaxation time with the Needle Keepers this afternoon.  Just a regular Tuesday :)
