The card - background is patterned paper.  Smaller panel is embossed.  Leafy stems are die cut. and popped up.  Sentiment piece is die cut and popped up.  Add some twine and some tiny butterflies.

Haven't quite decided yet what I'm doing today.  Lots of options and it's still really early.  But I'll figure it out soon (hopefully!)  :)
