The card - background is pieces of patterned paper.  Sentiment piece is stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add some ribbon.  Super simple. 

Oops, I forgot to post this morning before I left for my volunteer job at the gift shop.   I got a note from a friend that was out there while her brother was in surgery, so I left earlier than normal to spend some time with her.  Now I'm home, have had my lunch and trying to figure out what to do next.  Think I'll see if I can get some more cards made so I'm off to the stamp room!
