Last week Ethan and I made ice cream for dessert for our usual Monday night dinner.   We added some chopped up Girl Scout cookies that I had bought a few days before.    This was my favorite, the one with Tagalongs.  But Hudson's favorite was the one  we added Thin Mints to.  Now he says that's his favorite ice cream and he wants some for his birthday in a few weeks.  So, today I must go find some more Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies so I can make more!!!!    That's my main objective for the day!   (that and I have some chores I need to get done - but nothing as important as finding Thin Mints :)
