Project Sunday - my friend Rena from our Needle Keepers group finished the quilt she had been working on.  She did a marvelous job!

I can't quite decide what to do today.  I'm sure there's a lot I could be doing, or even should be doing, but nothing really sounds appealing.  Maybe some more caffeine will help!

Off to spend the day with friends.  A day trip to check out what Costco has for the holiday season.  (the closest Costco to us is a couple hours away which means a bit of a drive)  Time spent with friends is always a good thing!  Looking forward to a fun day.

I didn't get nearly all the chores done yesterday - Jeff and the boys were here hanging my tv on the wall and setting up my new phone.  (Christmas gift!)  Somehow that ended up taking a good part of the day so.........   But, that's ok.  Time spent with them is always better than doing chores :)   Looks like today will be chore day!  The Christmas decorating is pretty much done so now the boxes and such need to be put away in the garage - that's the main thing on my list today!

The card - I stamped the images on the background panel and then embossed the entire panel.  The berries were stamped on a separate piece, die cut and then popped up.  The sentiment was stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add a bow.  

If I can brave the cold this morning I need to finish up the Christmas decorations outside.  We'll see, it's pretty darn cold!  I will pick up Hudson for early release today so will get some 'Grandma time' today - yay!

Oh my, a free day!  Not sure what to do with myself - LOL.  I made quite the mess with Christmas decorations and I guess I should start by getting the mess(es) cleaned up!  I'm hoping the frigid temperature will warm up enough for me to venture outside and get the decorating done out there.  We'll see!  There's plenty to do, that's for sure :)

Need to finish up the Christmas decorations this morning - I was moving really slow yesterday and didn't get it all done :)   If nothing else I need to get the mess picked up so I can enjoy some relaxation time with the Needle Keepers this afternoon.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!  It was a terrific day here with friends and family.  The boys ended up coming home with me and spent the night.  We're supposed to get rain/snow today, so it's a good day to stay inside and put up the Christmas tree (Hudson has been waiting all week!).
