Ugh - snow!  The snow we got in December was just beginning to melt and now there's more!  I did get my errands done yesterday - finished up just as it was beginning to snow.  Good timing.  I never did get around to paperwork or stamping, so maybe I can do one of those today.  Looking forward to Friday night crafting with Deb and Emily tonight.

Yesterday was a much needed break - lots of fun and a totally relaxing day!  Thanks Judy S for an awesome day!  Not sure what direction I'm headed today.  Have some errands I need to do, but it's supposed to rain/snow for the next couple of days so I may just stay home and try to get started on some paper work for taxes - or do some stamping.

 Before and after - the laundry/sewing/utility/storage room

Before - ugh - dark brown paneling and cupboards and orange kitchen carpet that had been in there from the time we added this room to the house in 1976.

After:  a little paint, new floor and a new window made a big difference.  The laundry area had some folding doors and I removed those to leave that area open.

Hoping to finish up the laundry room today.  I got a little sidetracked - decided I needed some of those white cube things with drawers that they sell at Michael's. I have to admire people that have a whole wall (or room) done with those things - it would take forever to put that many together!  I started out with two and decided I needed two more - so I only did a total of 4, but it took me most of the afternoon.   But now they're done and I can get the rest of the room put together and cleaned up and maybe even do some laundry :)

Taking a break from the garage today.  It's by no means done and it really doesn't look much different, but everything is sorted into new piles.  Now all the stamping stuff, Christmas stuff, household stuff, etc. are all together in their own little section which will make it much easier to deal with.  I'm going to work on the laundry room today - it has become the 'catch-all' place for everything I didn't know what to do with and it really needs to be cleaned up!

Back to the garage -  I think I have a bigger mess than I started with.  I've got stuff scattered everywhere - I've been unpacking some of the boxes so that stuff is all over the class room.  Now I have to decide what to use, what to get rid of and what goes back in a box.  Oh my.

Project Sunday - another snowman that is all stitched and ready to be made into a pillow or wall hanging.

Looking forward to a full day of stitching today - woo hoo!  I'm really glad we were able to keep the Black Sheep group together after Laura closed her shop.  It's a great group of ladies and I always enjoy stitching with them.  I may have to leave a bit early though - can't miss the entire play-off game today - Go Broncos!
