The card - stamped flower is from SU.
The background square is done by inking up a clear block and using it just like a stamp.  The flower is then stamped in black on top.  The matted square is popped up on top of the embossed panel.

My plan for the day is try and get some chores done that I had planned on getting done last week - hmmmm.....I guess I got side-tracked and they never quite got finished.  Hopefully I can stay focused today :)   Looking forward to an evening with friends at the baseball game (GJ Rockies).

Project Sunday - a while back I discovered this 'scrubby' yarn so I've been making 'scrubby dishcloths'.  They are fast and easy and I work on them when I don't want to have to think about counting stitches or what not!

Project Sunday - oops, no finished project this week (too many different projects going at once I guess - I haven't finished anything this week!)  So, here's a cute baby picture instead - this is Hudson at 5 months.  The time is going by so fast!

A full day today - stitching at Hi Fashion this morning and early afternoon......  then an early dinner out with a friend and then some 'Grandma time' while the kids go to a surprise birthday party!  I shouldn't be bored today!!!
