Sunday Project - finally finished my Bronco socks and a couple of new tiny baskets.

Leaving on a jet plane...... I will be off to California this afternoon.  So excited!

Photo Sunday - it's been a busy week.  Hudson got a haircut and Ethan graduated from preschool and is ready to attend Kindergarten!  

Today Ethan will be joining me for the afternoon while Hudson and his parents attend the new Star Wars movie.  (Hudson says Ethan isn't old enough:)  Then Ethan is spending the night.  We are planning on shopping and making special treats for a picnic tomorrow.   It's going to be a fun day!

Well, dang I just spaced out posting yesterday.  Oops.  Hudson and I had a nice morning and then went to Ethan's graduation.   He graduated from Preschool and next step, Kindergarten.  I'm not ready!  After 10 years of having a weekly 'Grandma day' I will have to get used to just school holidays. :(  But, life moves on.  More stamping time I guess :)

Today is a free day and I haven't quite figured out what I'm doing yet.  Guess I better get to work on a plan!

Photo Sunday - this is a reading pillow that our friend Nancy (from our Needle Keepers group) finished awhile back.  The detail on all those circles is absolutely amazing.

I need to work on some class projects for June!  I won't get back from vacation until the night before class so I guess I better get them done before I leave!  That's my main goal for the day!

Cooking and cleaning today.  My son turns 50 today - wow - that's hard to believe.   So, family birthday dinner tonight.  Homemade chicken and Noodles, homemade chocolate cake and homemade peach ice cream.  Yep, lots of cooking.  The cake is in the oven and when that's done then I'm going to mow the lawn before it gets too hot!  Then it's on to a bit of cleaning.  So, I guess I better get back to work!
