Finally made it to the beach my last day in California - got to feel the sand between my toes. But now I'm HOME!!!! Yay! Arrived late yesterday after a very long day - my flight was delayed so I ended up spending 5 hours at LAX just waiting on the plane. But, all's well that's ends well and here I am. Feeling pretty good, a little tired and achy, and still really swollen but the Dr says that will go away! Hoping to get some stamping and stitching done soon!
Thank you all so much for the wonderful comments and get well wishes!

Hurray! So happy you are home but not nearly as happy as you are to be there! Pamper yourself.

Coming home after being in the hospital is one of the best feelings in the world. And it's especially nice because you have created a cozy oasis in your new home (thanks for sharing the before and after pics) and have a quiet area outside where you can get some fresh air and listen to the birds sing. Be kind to yourself as you recuperate.

YAY! WELCOME HOME Becky! Glad you made it home safely! Glad you got to the beach on your last day, since that was one thing you were so looking forward too! Now just rest and recover nice and easy, slow and steady! Sewing and stamping are there-you are at home with all your supplies-but don't over do it! Can't wait to see you in a few more days!
Take care! Love, Celisa :D
So glad to see you made it home. And you got to walk the sandy beaches of CA after all. Will be looking forward to some inspiring cards. But most of all take care of yourself and get your rest. Sometimes our bodies tell us things and we don't listen to well, till something happens to make us look up!!!
Colorado Gal has returned home safely! Hope to see you in the near future. Make sure you take good care of yourself and allow yourself the time to fully recuperate!
That last comment was from me, Karen. Let us know when you are up to the Good Time Girls:)
I'm glad to see you back online. I missed your card posts while you were gone!
Welcome home! So glad you are back. You will recuperate even faster with your own things around you and projects you can do. There's nothing quite like being at home. Sorry you had a long wait at LAX. That was very bad timing on their part.
So glad you are home and so glad you got your feet in the sand!!! I missed you on my last GJ visit!!! Wasn't the same without you!! Take care and REST!!!!
Glad you are home. Now rest and you will get stronger day by day. Charlene Fortney

We've missed you and your gorgeous cards. I'm so happy that's behind you and now you can take it easy, rest and recuperate. Don't hurry anything. Do it in your own time when you feel good. Thanks for the update. Sending hugs.

5 hours in LAX. A fate worse than death.
Good news that you are home. Healig will proceed now you are there and around friends and family.
So glad you are home safe and well, make sure you take it easy and put your feet up for a while. Best wishes from all of us crafters here in England who love your blog.

I fairly recently stumbled upon your blog and beautiful cards. I was so sorry to hear of all your health problems; sending prayers that you'll be "all better" very soon and back to your creative projects. God bless --
