Time to clean up the stamping mess from the last two days.  But, gotta say, it was a fairly productive two days - yay!  I've decided to start my card classes again - all but one have gotten their vaccine so I think we're good to go!  I'm excited to see everyone after all this time!   So now I need to get my act together and figure out the class stuff!

I was being wimpy yesterday and put off the yard work because it wasn't warm enough for me!  Now I'll have to wait for it to dry out from last night's rain and the wind to stop blowing.  Silly me.  Oh well, I got some stamping done so it's ok.  The mess is still there so I guess I'll just do some more stamping today :)

The boys ended up with a sleepover last night.  We had a fun dinner out and lots of laughs before bed time!  Love those sleepovers!  Today we're off to a 5 year olds birthday party at a park.    (Jeff is in Las Vegas playing golf and Sara is working - means extra Grandma time for me - yay!)  A fun day!

Springtime in the Rockies.......  Wow!  17"of snow in the last 2 days on Grand Mesa.  (45 minutes from here)  Glad for the moisture, glad it's up there and not down here in the valley!!!

Got sidetracked yesterday and didn't get much done in the house.  But I did get lots of errands done - lol!  Ended up running all over town in the morning and by the time I got home I was definitely no longer motivated.  But, there's always today.  😂

The card - The background is a piece of patterned paper (SU)  that I sponged with some blue at the top and then added a bit of yellow.  The strip of yellow is a plain piece of cardstock.  The flowers are cut out of a piece of patterned paper (SU)  and colored with Stamp n Blends (SU).

I can only hope that I'm more productive today than I was yesterday.  My biggest accomplishment was cleaning out my sock drawer (took all of 5 minutes).  I did enjoy spending some time with my friend Ann, who fixed my knitting error for me!   Thank you Ann!   I do think I'll work on my socks at least for a bit today!  And I have a friend coming later for dinner and crafting, so I have that to look forward to!   It's all Good!

So true........  I'm just glad we're not on the eastern side of the state today - they're expecting a ton of snow!

So far we've just gotten rain, but  Hudson's party today (with his friends from school) was supposed to be outside at a park near their house.  Plans had to be changed, now it will be at their house.  Oh well, it will be still be fun!  (this is his first 'kids' party so he's very excited!)

The card - I spent most of the afternoon yesterday playing with this ice cream set from SU.  Fun stuff!  For this card I cut off a strip along the right hand side of the card so the card is smaller on the front.  The Happy Birthday is stamped on the inside part of the crd.  The front is covered with a piece of patterned paper.  Each piece of the ice cream is stamped, then punched out with the matching punch.  The ice cream pieces are popped up.  

Off for my walk and then my friend Ann is coming to help me with some knitting issues.  ( I'm pretty sure I'd never finish a knitting project if I didn't have her to help me 😅)  It's been a while so I'm looking forward to seeing her!
