The card - leaves are from Hero Arts.  The green and red leaves are stamped directly on the top panel, the gold leaf is stamped on a separate piece of white, cut out and popped up on top.

Class this morning and again tonight.  Need to do a couple of errands in between.  It'll be another busy day.

Have a wonderful day!

The card - super simple one today.  Stamped images are from Papertrey Ink.

Need to finish up my class projects today and get them cut and bagged, plus go to the grocery store, pick up the house a bit and get dinner ready for Jeff, Sara and our friend Shelley.  (a planning meeting for the celebration of Tracy's life we're doing Thanksgiving weekend).  Looks like a busy day!

Have a terrific day!

The card - a simple one layer card.  The stamped images are all from Unity.  I stamped the background flowers in the same green as the card base, then stamped the sentiment and the other flowers on top with black.  Easy!

Have a lunch today with some old friends from church then Friday night crafting tonight.  Another busy, but fun day!

Have a wonderful day!

The card - stamped images are from SU.   Nothing fancy, just a pretty simple card.

Going to our Wool Gatherer's group this afternoon.  It will be nice to spend an afternoon stitching with some super nice ladies.

Have a great day!

The card - another super easy one - an embossed background, added some patterned paper at the botton, a punched out leag, some twine and a sentiment.  Can't get much easier!

A fun day today - my friend Judy S and I are going to breakfast and then some shopping.  We'll try our best not to get into any trouble :)

Have a great day!

The card - a little bit of grunge.  Stamped images are from Papertrey Ink.

It's going to be a boy!!!!  I think I mentioned that my son, Jeff and his wife Sara are expecting a baby in the spring.  Well, they just found out yesterday that it's going to be a boy.  Now I can go shopping - yay!

Have a wonderful day!

The card - The leaf is a die cut from Tim Holtz.  I cut it out of some printed paper and used the same paper for the strip down the side.  The small panel is stamped with craft with a script background and then I drew the black line around the edge with a fine marker.

Well, I've procrastinated long enough - I have class tomorrow night so I think that means I really do need to get the projects done today!

Have a wonderful day!

Go Broncos!!!

Photo Saturday - taken in Yellow Springs, OH.   Tracy was at the chiropractor and thought the fall trees outside the window were so pretty she snapped a picture with her phone.

Have a lunch date today - and then who knows.  I still need to work on class projects....or I may read a book and take a nap.

Happy Halloween!

The card - just one more Halloween card.  The hat, a punched circle, punched stars, some washi tape and a sentiment.  Easy peasy!

Off to breakfast with a friend this morning.  Hopefully when I get back I can actually get some work done on class projects.  Looking forward to Friday night crafting!

Thursday, October 29, 2015

The card - a super easy one.  The image and sentiment are stamped in black.  The strips below are washi tape.  The smaller white panel is matted with black and then popped up on the card front.

All week I've had good intentions of actually getting something done during the day.  Hasn't happened......but today I really do have some stuff that needs to be done.  But then I'm meeting a friend later this afternoon for a movie and dinner - yay!  Looking forward to that!

Have a great day!

The card - leaves are from Hero Arts.  I stamped them all in cajun, but the background ones are stamped off.  The top one is stamped full strength.  The sentiment is added on top, stamped in black.  The small front panel is popped up.

Need to get some fall clothes out and put some summer stuff away.  When I left it was 80 degrees here and about the same in Ohio, now it's much colder and the short sleeve shirts are just not doing the job.

Have a wonderful day!

Tuesday, October 27, 2015

The card - a witches hat from Stampendous (I think), cut out and popped up, a sentiment on a punched out circle, a small spiders web (from SU) , a small doily and some washi tape.  A bit of a collagey Halloween card.

Didn't end up getting much done yesterday.  A friend of Tracy's that was traveling thru Colorado stopped to visit for several hours.  It was so nice - I hadn't seen her since Tracy's wedding 5 years ago and it was nice to catch up.  So, today I am going to try and see what I can accomplish.....not sure what will happen, but I'll give it a try.......one day at a time is my motto these days.

Have a great day!

Monday, October 26, 2015

The card - border images are a stencil that I sponged randomly with honey and lost lagoon.  The flowers are from Unity and the sentiment is from SU.

Trying to get back to somewhat of a normal routine.  I've been sleeping a lot and reading a lot the last few days since I got home.  My way of coping, I guess.  Friends have been feeding me and taking me out to dinner and lunch so the hours in the day go by much faster!  Thank goodness for awesome friends.  But I do need to think about class projects for November.   We are also planning on having some sort of a celebration of Tracy's life here in Colorado, so we have to get that figured out.

I want to thank you all again for the thoughts and prayers.  I go back and read those comments over and over again.

Have a wonderful day!

Tracy Ann (Stoddart) Primozich

Gone from our sight
but never from our hearts.

Just a bit of update info in case you are wondering.  Tracy had surgery to remove her spleen on Tuesday, October 13.  The hope was that this surgery would be the 'fix it' for the auto immune issues she had been dealing with for the past year.  The surgery went fine, she was doing well with just a bit of pain and a bit of breathing difficulty.  However, she was in good spirits when Tony and I left the hospital on Wednesday night.  During the night she had to get up to go to the restroom and as they were helping her get up she collapsed, her heart stopped, and they were never able to revive her.  They did an autopsy, but could not find a reason for her sudden and unexpected death.  We may never know the reason why.

Her service was on Tuesday  - it was a beautiful, uplifting celebration of Tracy's life.  I am so thankful for the generous and loving people at her church for the wonderful job they did.  It was very hard being away from home and not knowing anyone.  I am grateful that Tracy's friends were like her,  and were very loving and giving and ready to help!

So, now I am at home in Colorado.   Weary and still very sad, but thankful for all of your thoughts, prayers and good wishes.

Thank you all so much for your support.

It is with a sad and heavy heart that I am writing this........my lovely, beautiful daughter passed away during the night.  I am so very sad.

You will probably not see many posts in the next few days - or you may see more than you want  with my ramblings.

Thank you for your understanding!

The card -  leaves are from Close to My Heart.  I stamped each one full strength and then again without re-inking.  The sentiment is from SU and is stamped in black.

Tracy's surgery is all over - it went well and she is doing fine.  The surgery was delayed for a couple of hours to begin with due to another before her taking longer than expected.  So, it turned out to be a very long day.  She was still pretty groggy and out of it when we came home last night.  Hopefully she will be a little  more with it today and will be well on the road to recovery.

PS - I may have given the wrong impression about 'coming home'-  Tony and I came home, but Tracy is still in the hospital - she will most likely be there until at least Friday.

Have a terrific day!

Tuesday, October 13, 2015

The card - some fun printed paper, a die cut leaf (die cut is from Tim Holtz) and a sentiment.  How easy is that?

Tracy's surgery is today - she is having her spleen removed.  The hope is that this surgery will get rid of the auto immune issues that she has been dealing with for the past year.  Please keep her in your prayers!

Have a terrific day!
