The card - I have been playing with this new SU set - it's great for guy cards!  The background is stamped with some random background images and I also added a bit of color sponging on the edges.  The gears are die cut from a piece that I heat embossed with copper before die cutting.   Add a stamped sentiment and some bling.

I got side tracked yesterday and forgot all about posting. :(   Nothing exciting, just a couple of appointments and then I spent some time last night at Craft Addict for some knitting time.  I'm off to the gift shop this morning for my weekly volunteer time and then back to craft addict this afternoon for some crafting time with friends.

The family has all been dealing with some flu-like virus.  The boys dealt with it over the weekend and then Jeff & I both ended up with it this week.  Ethan had a bit of a relapse on Wednesday night so couldn't go to school yesterday so he spent the day with me.  We had a 'lay on the couch and watch TV' most of the day :)   We did get out later in the afternoon and went to the park for some fresh air.  Today I'm home and not feeling too ambitious but since it's a free day I guess it doesn't matter.  I may head out to the stamp room and maybe I can be sort of productive:)

Not so good stuff......I lost my car keys at Canyon View Park yesterday!   If you are local and happen to be at the play area, keep your eyes out for a car key would ya?  So frustrating.  Luckily Jeff got my spare key from my house so we got home ok and I still have a key for my car, but the one I lost has the fob on it to lock the doors, etc.  (the expensive part to replace, naturally!)  We looked for over an hour and never did find them - so frustrating.  But, Ethan and I had a fun day anyway, so just something else to deal with!
